1. Is IBO Systems affiliated with Quixtar or a Quixtar line of sponsorship (LOS)?
No. IBO Systems is an independent web technology company providing Quixtar-approved marketing solutions to
Quixtar independent business owners. All Quixtar IBOs residing in North America are eligible
to purchase a custom IBO Portal web site, regardless of their upline or downline affiliations.
2. Will IBO Systems develop a custom solution for my Quixtar group?
Possibly. To qualify, there must be a minimum of 250 IBOs in your Quixtar group who are willing
to subscribe to the service. For more information, please contact our Solutions department at .
3. Why doesn't IBO Systems offer telephone support?
Telephone support is very costly. To offer phone support we would have to increase subscription fees
substantially. Instead, we offer 24/7 email support as well as live support via online chat.
Most email support requests are responded to within minutes, or a few hours at the most. We try to
provide live support via online chat as often as possible so clients and prospective clients can get
immediate answers to their questions. If you would like to schedule an online chat session, please

1. Is IBO Portal Quixtar approved?
Yes. Quixtar's World Wide Business Support Materials (WWBSM) department has reviewed and authorized the
use of IBO Portal web sites for promoting Quixtar's products and services. Quixtar does require that each IBO
submit his/her individual web site for review and authorization prior to public viewing. Depending on how
the IBO Portal web site owner has customized his/her web site, Quixtar may require additional changes to
bring it into compliance with Quixtar's Rules of Conduct.
2. How much does an IBO Portal web site cost?

3. How soon can I access my IBO Portal web site after ordering?
Immediately. While you're waiting for your custom web address to be activated, you may access your
web site at www.iboportal.com. Note that
prospects should only be directed to your custom web address, not www.iboportal.com.
4. Will an IBO Portal web site really help my Quixtar business?
Yes. IBO Portal web sites are designed specifically to help Quixtar IBOs register their prospects at the
Quixtar membership level that will not only minimize turnover, but improve overall profit as well.
We all know people who, for whatever reasons, would not make a good IBO candidate. However,
those same people still need to purchase consumer products, so why not register them as retail
customers. A long-term Customer is much more valuable (and profitable!) to
your Quixtar business than a short-term IBO.
5. Does a custom logo come with my IBO Portal web site?
No. IBO Systems does not currently provide custom logo design services. Some design templates
(ie Redbox) do not require a logo as it will automatically generate a logo from your Quixtar business name and a
special font. If you do not have a custom logo, but would like one, you can find many low-cost logo
designers by conducting a web search on "custom logo design". If you would like a custom logo like
the logo featured in our demo, except with your Quixtar business name, we may be willing to create one for you
free-of-charge if you ask nicely :o)
6. How much storage space is included with my IBO Portal account?
There is no set limit at this time. We do ask that you limit the images, documents, and other files
stored in your personal folder to items actually being used on your IBO Portal web site. Any files not being used,
or that you do not plan to use on your IBO Portal web site should be deleted from your personal folder. By
minimizing resource usage we can keep our costs down, which in turn means lower subscription fees for our
clients.
7. How do I setup my IBO Portal web site in the search engines?
You don't. Using search engines to promote your Quixtar business is a violation of Quixtar's Rules of
Conduct. Quixtar requires that you have some form of personal contact with your prospects such as
personally telling them your IBO Portal web site address, giving them a Quixtar business card with your web site address,
or including your web site address in an e-mail sent to your prospects. See Quixtar's Legal Bulletin
#17 and Rules of Conduct on the Quixtar web site for further details.
8. Why is a domain name not included in the monthly (or quarterly) fee?
Some IBOs may already have a domain name through another domain registrar. Still other IBOs may choose
to register their domain name through a different domain registrar rather than take advantage of our services.
Furthermore, because domain registrations are done on an annual basis (which we have no control over), we would have
to require our customers to sign an annual contract which we simply don't want to do. By offering
domain registration as an optional service, Quixtar IBOs have more flexibility in how they setup their
Quixtar prospecting web sites.
9. Why not use www.iboportal.com/username instead of requiring a domain name?
Frankly, it's unprofessional and makes you look like an amateur. IBO Systems is in the business of
giving Quixtar IBOs a professional corporate image so you look like a legitimate business and not some
get-rich-quick web site.
10. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You are free to cancel your account at any time.
1. Do I have to register a domain name through IBO Systems?
No. You may register your custom domain name through any domain registrar. Please note that we can
only provide technical support for domains registered or transferred to our domain registration service.
If you already have a domain name registered at another domain registrar, you may transfer your domain to our
domain registration service for the regular domain registration fee, and any remaining time left on your
current registration will be added to your new registration.
2. What do I get when I register a domain name through IBO Systems?
You get a custom domain name (www.yourbiz.com), free URL forwarding/framing, free e-mail
forwarding addresses (you@yourbiz.com), and 24/7 toll-free support. You can register or transfer
your domain name by visiting the IBO Domains page.
3. How much does domain name registration cost?
$29.95 a year for most extensions (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .ws, .us).
4. How long until my domain name starts working?
Once you've registered your custom domain name, it can take 24-36 hours for a new domain to be fully
updated and propagated across the internet.
5. How do I access my web site while my domain name registration is processed?
You may access your web site by logging in at www.iboportal.com.

1. How many FREE Quixtar business cards can I order?
Unlimited! Order all the FREE Quixtar business cards you want. You can even order as many different styles as you like.
1. How do I know if my upline's web site is Quixtar approved?
Does it say "For North American use only - Content Reviewed Ref. No.(some number)" anywhere on the
login page? If not, then it is NOT approved by Quixtar. Quixtar's Legal Bulletin #17
(available on the Quixtar web site) lists very specific guidelines that every prospecting web site must
comply with. According to Quixtar,
"The Corporation, with the support of the Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOIA), has implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy for unauthorized prospecting web sites. Under this policy, IBOs with unauthorized web sites will be immediately suspended for a period of 6-months from any sponsoring activities."If you are not sure if your upline's web site is Quixtar approved, we strongly suggest that you contact Quixtar's Business Support Materials department at wwbsm@quixtar.com and ask, so that you don't risk losing your Quixtar business.
